The Power of Cricket

Like every year, this time too India vs Pakistan match on Sunday had its repulsion

displayed. Many media houses and as a result many people opposed Indian team's decision so as to play the World Cup match against Pakistan in line to the recent events that happened in Kashmir between the army and the militants. But, why do we forget to think logically that such International events were created in order to ensure world peace and no war. ICC invited eight countries to show their sportsman spirit in front of the world. Even though you are foes, why not take out that frustration on the ground instead of taking away an innocent's life in a battlefield? 

How can people ask someone like cricketer's to stop doing their job that ensures such an electrifying atmosphere throughout the both countries. That is why since the beginning, Ind vs Pak matches have their own significance. Why ruin the game spirit due to the events that take place as a result of dirty politics and terrorism. Why make the crores of population suffer due to the undertakings of such groups who oppose peace and resort to violent attacks? Cricket is our religion and such matches make us worship it. No one has the right to take it away from us.
