General Manager, Rajesh Chandel carried out the importance of street food introduction in such a manner, "Street Food in India is at a lot of times unhealthy and contaminated. We offer you the street food with a healthy aura to it. You need not worry about the lip smacking flavors messing up with your health." Chef Sudheer on the occasion of the Festival commented, "We have used exotic flavors in every cuisine so as to bring in the street taste in our food."
