"There are the fake Transgenders"

Transgenders have been fighting for their equal rights since a long time. In India, transgenders have been considered auspicious for their blessings for which they are called at every function in Indian homes. On Thursday, the transgenders of The City Beautiful told the media about the major problem that they have been facing.

"There are people in the area who dress themselves as transgenders and fool the commoners. My request is that the people should check out the ID's of the transgenders who come to your homes as their ID's would be having the Other option ticked upon", said Rita, a transgender from Sector-26.

This group of the society claimed that there is one person named, Sushil who is not even from the city but is claiming their area as his and has got a sex change operation done for the purpose. The situation is being carried out in Sector-26 Dera of the group. They even have complained to the police but no action has been taken against him. The transgenders are claiming that Sushil has been giving them threats for which they have proofs.

Transgenders already have a threatening existence and their identity is also being misused just to earn money. It is not a money making business that they have been running, it is their livelihood and right. The only right to be a part of someone else's happiness is also being taken away from them because of some frauds. They have a plea that they should be treated as equally as every other person.
