The Way They Deal

Recently, we faced a retaliation that is worth mentioning so that it gets to the people who hurt our talents. This experience is worth sharing. In a press conference two days back in Chandigarh, reputed TV actors had come in for interviews but had been instructed to give interviews to only 'REPUTED' media houses, still we were invited.

Every one literally managed to snatch away the actors, who would by the way seen on Colors Tv soon, and interview them. We were being patient for our turn but did not get it as the a Channel's PRO's did not let us do it, saying they were getting late. However, the PRO from Chandigarh asked us to come to the place where they were getting interviewed by other prestigious media house. We waited for like 4.5 hours for the actors' 5 minutes and this is what the PRO from Mumbai did. She pushed passed us rudely and said, "We are getting late for our flight at 8.30pm!" I looked at the time and it was just 6.30pm and all we were asking for 5 minutes since past 4.5 hours! All we want to ask is, Is it Fair? Could they not provide us with 5 minutes of their artists' time for which we had to beg for like 4.5 hours? Is this how Colors Channel work by wasting time of other medias and then giving nothing in return? Would our five minutes interview caused them their flight miss? We were waiting patiently since long! And the Channel's PRO did not respect our time and efforts, thus the channel lost all respect from me at least! Like, we were fools to get misled! We have the power of expressing our thoughts through the medium of Mass Media and we would raise our voice against you because unless someone doesn't raise their voice, it would keep on happening and would have no end to it!
