Ode to all ENGINEERS
To Honor Sir MV's achievements, Sep 15 is celebrated as Engineers Day in India
So many engineering colleges have been opened up and so many engineers are taking over the world by the storm of their effective skills. But, only a few know that September 15 is celebrated a sIndia's Engineers Day as an ode to the greatest engineer of all, Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, KCIE (popularly known as Sir MV).
Not many know that this person is the recipient of the Indian Republic's highest honour, the Bharat Ratna, in 1955. Quite a lot of trolls are being circulated around the Internet nowadays trolling engineers and alike but engineers like Sir MV defied all odds and proved himself in a post-independence era that helped the nation.
Happy Engineers Day to all the aspiring and already pursuing engineers to do something that no one must have ever thought to do!
