Crunchy Paneer that would pep your Festove Season
Whether you call them starters or appetizers, they are incredibly important part of any party, as they set the tone for the meal to come and we talk the most during this course of the meal. So, today I am going to share a very interesting and very easy recipe – CRUNCHY PANEER. This is the cottage cheese cubes marinated with the tangy sauces and coated with crushed papad. I personally love this recipe and pretty sure that you guys going to like it equally. The most amazing this about this recipe is that you can prepare it before the party and deep fry whenever you like to serve.
So, let’s start ..

take about 3 tbsp tomato ketchup.
Take 1 tbsp green chili sauce.
take 1 tbsp mustard sauce.
sprinkle some salt, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp paprika and 2 tsp pizza spice mix.
Add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix it properly.
Add the paneer cubes into the marination. Coat the cottage cheese cubes well.
Refrigerate the cubes for 30-40 minutes. Crush the roasted papad. Coat the paneer cubes with the roasted crushed papad.
Deep fry them .
Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup. I served it with green choliya chutney.
