Walnut Festival hosted in the tricity by California Walnut Commission

Californi Walnut Commission in India intoduced its first California Walnut Festival in Chandigarh with brands like association of Peddlers, Uncle Jack's and Sindhi Sweets. The month-long festival starting from 6th Novemberwould feature mouth-watering delicacies prepared especially from highquality walnuts.

The food introduced would be served in an unique Indo-Western fusion. Walnuts if infused with major culinary foods can do wonders for the taste buds as well as has a lot of health benefits.

According to Pamela Graviet, "Walnuts are a great source of Omega-3 that makes the food choices very suitable for the vegetarians. We at California encourage people to eat and use Walnuts in their food and drinks. The idea is to highlight the usage and versatility of walnuts to the tricity people."
