Reading habits need to be changed amongst youth- Annie Zaidi

Adab Foundation, a not for profit organisation, committed to propagation of art & literature, will be organising the 6th Edition of the region's biggest & one of India's most innovative Literary Festival's - Chandigarh Literature Festival 2017, in association with Department of English & Cultural Studies, Punjab University at the PU from November 10-12. The press meet of the event saw Mitul Dikshit, Chairman, Adab Foundation & Festival Director Ms Annie Zaidi, who is a noted writer & poetess.

This time the festival would introduce Literature performances which is probably a big deal for any Literature enthusiast. The festival having its tagline as, "Great Literature needs Great Criticism" is being supported by the critics one of whom being Annie Zaidi herself.

She speaks, "Chandigarh has this problem of reading habits amongst youngsters. Unlike Delhi, where youth interacts with Literature on a bigger scale."
