Returning to the country after 9 years, this Mauritius based writer releases her books

Where Indians sometimes forget what their mother tongue looks like when they become NRI's, there's one woman who thought it would be great to pen down her thoughts and get them published that too Hindi!



Indian born Mauritius based author, Dr. Suritee Raghoonundan decided to write her heartfelt words in two collective books. her literary works go by the name, 'Apni Apni Manzilein' and 'Kaagaz Ki Zindagi' that are a reflection for various moods and emotions that a human tends to experience in their lifetime.

Its been nine years since Suritee last came to India and when she came this time, she had her literary works released in Chandigarh on Wednesday. The author has been associated with Hindi literature and education in India as well as Mauritius isnce past 15 years. Furthermore, since 2005, Suritee has been a member of Mauritius Broadcasting Center's Radio and TV department.


Suritee was pretty much excited for her literature to gain reputation amongst her region's population. She prefers Hindi over other languages as her dedication towards the national language.
