India to become World's fifth largest economy in 2018

Looks like PM Modi's economic policies are going to bear fruit in the year 2018 as India is on the way to become the fifth largest economy surpassing Britain and France.

The Centre for Economics and Business Research on Tuesday pointed out in their 2018 Worl Economic League Table that India is going to be one of the dominant economies in the next year. Th ereport was prepared on the basis of the global economy that is boosted by cheap energy and technology prices.

The report suggests that India has already come neck to neck with countries like UK and France and by the year 2018, it would become the fifth largest economy in terms of dollars.
